Our Surprise Office is open 5 days a week. The typical hours are listed below but are subject to change based on the physician’s emergency call schedule.
We answer our phones beginning at 8:00 am Monday through Friday. We forward our phones in the evening to our answering service by 5:00 pm or when our last patient leaves whichever is sooner.

Lab Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
OB Ultrasound Hours
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Aesthetics
Monday to Fridays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
